If you've been looking into and researching Bengals, you always hear the Bengal Breeders mention the FUZZIES.

So, what are the FUZZIES?

The FUZZIES are a natural camoflage that the kittens grow when the are still very young. Their coats grow extra hairs that are longer than the rest of their coat, and it covers and hides their spots and pattern. These hairs will give the kittens the appearance of having a duller more brown coat. We have compiled a few pictures of some of the kittens we have had to show exactly what the fuzzies look like, and how they cover the kittens natural pattern and colors, and how the kitens will eventually look when they grow out of their FUZZIES.

This little boy Bengal was born to our Queen Kahlo in her January '07 litter. The pictures we have go from 2 weeks to 7 months. They give a pretty good Idea of how the kitten looks during and after the FUZZIES.
